    1 Year-Warranty

    The warranty provided by the manufacturer of Hygge Home’s products covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of delivery.

    We will work to address the issue and ensure that the product is good as new. This may involve shipping you replacement parts, complete replacement, or organizing repair work (at our discretion).

    My order is damaged. I want an exchange

    My order is damaged. I want a refund

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
    If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.

    If your refund has not appeared within 7-9 business days, please check with your bank and/or credit card company. It may take some additional time to the refund to appear on your original payment method.     There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted: any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    Fulfillment Information

    We aim to prepare your order as quickly as possible. Our guaranteed processing and fulfillment time for your order is within fourteen (14) to twenty-one (21) days.

    If for some reason we cannot meet this time frame, we will contact you immediately to inform you of an updated fulfillment date. Please note the fulfillment time does not include shipping time.

    Delivery Information

    Hygge Home is pleased to offer the following delivery option within Indonesia: Front Door Standard Delivery (Small Parcel & Large Parcel Truck Delivery).

    We offer FREE delivery within Java Island, on all Hygge Home orders. There is no minimum order amount required.

    For outside Java the shipping fees are as follows:

    • Small size item: 899.999 rupias
    • Medium size item: 1.199.999 rupias 
    • Large size item: 1.799.999 rupias

    Please note that we do not deliver outside of Indonesia.

    Front door standard delivery includes delivery to your doorstep (or first dry area) only, it does not include carry in or assembly services.

    General Delivery Terms

    The general delivery terms below apply to all Hygge Home deliveries.

    Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link so you may track your order online.

    Items are shipped from our warehouse(s) and are delivered to your home within thirty (30) days (fulfillment time included).

    If for some reason your order cannot be delivered in the estimated time provided, we will immediately contact you to provide you with an update on the delivery circumstances. 

    Order Changes and Cancellations

    If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us before your item is dispatched (usually within 48 hours of you placing the order) by phone at 0 812 2843 9747 (Phone call - Message - What's App or Line) or by email at info@hyggehome.com.

    If you have changed your mind about your purchase and would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet left our warehouse, you will receive a full refund. If you order has left our warehouse, you will be refunded according to our return policy.

    Inspecting Your Delivery

    Once your order has been received, please check that the correct item has been delivered, and that the packaging and contents are damage-free. In the unfortunate event you discover that your furniture is damaged, please indicate this on the delivery slip, take photos of the damages, and contact us as soon as possible by phone at 0 812 2843 9747 (Phone call - Message - What's App or Line) or by email at info@hyggehome.com to submit a claim.

    Please note:

    It is your responsibility to notify Hygge Home of any special delivery requirements and to make sure that your new furniture will fit into your home. If your order is cancelled or rescheduled due to special requirements not communicated prior to delivery, or if we are unable to get your furniture into your home, you will be responsible for any fees relating to rescheduling the delivery or the return shipping fees.

    It is your responsibility to protect your delivery location from damages. This includes, but is not limited to, floors and walls. Please lay rugs, blankets, or carpets down prior to delivery to reduce any risk of damage during delivery. Hygge Home will not be responsible for damage to any floors or walls. Please be advised that the designated freight carrier is not permitted to move furniture currently in your home, nor are they allowed to move or set up electrical equipment.

    In the unfortunate circumstance that your order is damaged in transit prior to arrival we will arrange to ship a replacement unit immediately and cancel the delivery of the original shipment. Fulfillment and shipping times for replacements would be in addition to your original order's fulfillment and shipping times.
